HOW DO I GET STARTED?
First, Oto will assess your stage of tinnitus and recommend a personalized habituation plan. Habituation occurs when the brain no longer reacts negatively to tinnitus, allowing individuals to stop noticing it. Regardless of your current stage, we can help reduce the impact of your tinnitus.
DAILY GUIDANCE
You can listen to 5-10 minute audio sessions each day, introducing you to an array of clinically proven techniques. Throughout the program, you'll learn the tools and techniques that work best for you and your tinnitus. Understanding these techniques can alleviate the impact of tinnitus.
